Quechee Winter Carnival & Triathlon Sunday Feb. 11, 2007 Quechee, VT Directions: Interstate 89 to Exit 1. Follow US 4 West for 1 mile. Turn right at the Fat Hat Factory and go 1.5 miles down the hill. Park at the Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm on your right. Wilderness Trails XC Ski Center is behind the Inn. Carnival Schedule: 9-10am: Registration for Winter Triathlon. 10am-4pm: Skiing, snow tubing and snowshoeing at Wilderness Trails. 10:30am: Winter Triathlon: Freestyle cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and Nordic ice skating. 11:30am-2pm: Awards & Lunch at Wilderness Trails, served by the Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm. $7 per person. FREE to race participants. 1-4pm: Nordic Skating on Deweys Pond. Free Nordic Skate rentals.

Prizes Nordic Skates; Madshus cross-country skis; Weekend for 2 at the Hampton Inn; Dinner for 2 at the Parker House Inn; Dinner for 2 at the Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm; Sports Massages from Strong House Spa. Certificates for all racers who complete the triathlon. Age Categories (men & women): Junior 17 & under; Senior 18-39; Master 40 & over. More age categories will be added if warranted. Entry Fees: Adult Iceman $25 Adult relay team $45 Junior Iceman $15 Junior relay team $30 FREE Lunch for all racers. FREE Nordic Skate rental for first 25 entrants.
